The project began in 2020 with a digitalization process of the main verticals, both B2B and B2C. The platforms used were Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Programmatic with the goal of application and registration. The objectives were both increasing registrations and applications from candidates and increasing the number and especially the quality of leads from companies interested in the services. We started with a digitalization process, defining digital objectives and initiating advanced monitoring on both the platforms and in reporting. In parallel, we restructured the various accounts to make them more performant. Once the various user touchpoints were correctly tracked, we moved on to implementing an integrated strategy across all platforms, creating synergy among them and driving useful traffic to other channels. In the last year, we have restructured the account again to follow new optimizations such as Modern Search, automations, and AI.
