Social Research for Institutional Positioning

We place a strong emphasis on sustainability, understanding that business evolution must be rooted in a deep consideration of its impact on the environment, society, and all stakeholders.

Social research for innovation, welfare, and sustainability

Over the years, we have conducted extensive social research and supported our clients in impactful public initiatives designed to strengthen their competitive positioning and develop new business models.

Among the initiatives related to welfare and sustainability, we are particularly proud to highlight:

  • Welfare Index PMI, commissioned by Generali Italia in collaboration with Italy's leading business associations, has been tracking the evolution of corporate welfare initiatives and policies since 2016. It is based on surveys conducted with over 40,000 SMEs across the first eight editions;
  • AGRIcoltura100, an initiative launched in 2020 by Reale Mutua in collaboration with Confagricoltura, measures the agricultural sector's contribution to the environmental and social sustainability of the country, recognizing and rewarding best practice businesses;
  • Rapporto Terzo Settore, developed for Generali Italia and Cattolica Assicurazioni, analyzes the evolution and challenges of the third sector, as well as its crucial contribution to social growth and cohesion;
  • Osservatorio sul bilancio di welfare delle famiglie italiane, provides an in-depth analysis of household incomes, expenses, and sacrifices across different welfare areas, aiming to highlight the main challenges Italy faces for institutions and businesses.
  • Termometro Italia, an ongoing research program launched in 2020 to monitor the economic situation, future outlook, and sentiment of Italian families regarding major socio-political events, through more than 5,000 interviews annually.
  • Rapporto Italia Sostenibile, Cerved's initiative to support the country's recovery through its vast data resources, analytical models, and expertise. The report examines and aggregates over 200 variables to assess regional sustainability levels, identifying strengths and weaknesses from economic, environmental, and social perspectives. Innovation Team played a key role in the development of the report.
