Joining our team means you’ll play an active role from the very first day.

We are looking for recent graduates with a passion for Consulting, Advanced Analytics, and Research, who possess a strong balance between analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
We are looking for empathetic individuals who can listen to client needs and turn them into practical, impactful solutions. We seek curious, creative thinkers, capable of tackling complex challenges with enthusiasm and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
To join our team, a degree is essential, preferably in Economics or STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), along with strong English skills.
Selection process
Our selection process is an opportunity for both sides to learn more about each other.
We want to get to know you and assess whether you’re the right fit for us, but we also want to share who we are and provide you with all the information you need to make the best possible choice about joining MBS.
The selection process consists of several steps: after reviewing your CV, you’ll be contacted for an initial meeting with the HR team. Following that, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in one or more technical interviews, which typically involve solving a Business Case.

- INTERNATIONAL TRAINING - International courses organized by The Transformation Alliance where each company shares its expertise and insights to foster collective growth.
- INDIVIDUAL TRAINING - Personalized mentoring and coaching programs, managed both internally by experienced colleagues and externally by specialized consultants
- SELF-TRAINING - Access to e-learning platforms that enable individuals to explore topics of interest in a flexible and self-directed way.

Throughout the year, we participate in a variety of events at Italy’s top universities to share our story, showcase our future ambitions, and, most importantly, connect with you!
We have long-standing collaborations with prestigious institutions like Bocconi University and Politecnico di Milano, but we also engage with many other universities across the country.
