We are looking for recent graduates with a passion for Consulting, Advanced Analytics, and Research, who possess a strong balance between analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
We are looking for empathetic individuals who can listen to client needs and turn them into practical, impactful solutions. We seek curious, creative thinkers, capable of tackling complex challenges with enthusiasm and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
To join our team, a degree is essential, preferably in Economics or STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), along with strong English skills.

We want to get to know you and assess whether you’re the right fit for us, but we also want to share who we are and provide you with all the information you need to make the best possible choice about joining MBS.
The selection process consists of several steps: after reviewing your CV, you’ll be contacted for an initial meeting with the HR team. Following that, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in one or more technical interviews, which typically involve solving a Business Case.
