After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management with honors at Bocconi University, she continued her studies at the same university, graduating with honors in a Master’s degree in Administration, Finance, and Control. During her specialization, she was awarded the “Bocconi Graduate Merit Award” in recognition of her academic performance.

Her professional career began in the strategic consulting sector, where she spent six years at McKinsey & Company. During this period, she gained expertise in corporate strategy and led teams on projects focusing on the Financial Services sector.

In 2023, she joined the ION Group, assuming the role of Chief Product Officer at Cedacri, responsible for core banking product strategy and development.
