Stefania Amadio

Stefania has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. since April 22, 2024.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management with honors by Bocconi University, she continued her studies at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in Administration, Finance, and Control, with honors too. During her master, she received the "Bocconi Graduate Merit Award" in recognition of her academic performance.

Her professional career began in the strategic consulting field, where she spent six years at McKinsey & Company, gaining experience in corporate strategy and leading teams on projects focused on the Financial Services sector.

In 2023, she joined the ION Group, becoming Chief Product Officer at Cedacri, responsible for the core banking product strategy and development.
