Cerved is founded
- 1995
Cerved spins off from the Chambers of Commerce.
- 2008
Bain Capital and Clessidra acquire Cerved and merge it with Lince.
- 2009
Bain Capital and Clessidra integrate Cerved with Centrale dei Bilanci, Pitagora, Databank, Finservice, and Consit.
- 2013
CVC Capital Partners acquires Cerved
- 2014
Cerved debuts on the MTA, Borsa Italiana’s main market.
- 2015
Cerved becomes a Public Company
- 2016
Cerved acquires Click Adv (PayClick), a company specializing in digital advertising campaigns.
- 2017
Cerved acquires Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena's non-performing loans platform.
- 2018
Cerved acquires Proweb Consulting, SpazioDati, and BauciWeb.
- 2019
Cerved acquires MBS Consulting, a leader in business consulting
- 2020
Cerved acquires Integrate, an ESG-focused startup, and Hawk, a group specializing in AML solutions.
- 2021
Cerved joins ION Group following a public takeover bid.
- 2023
Cerved acquires Gruppo del Barba, a company specializing in subsidized finance
