What motivated me to take this path?
My career at Innovation Team began in 2013. After gaining valuable experience in research firms, I decided to take on a new challenge: joining forces with four others to create a start-up… and that’s how INNOVATION TEAM was born.
What motivated me was the desire to be part of a transformative journey, to build a new company and offer new services, driven by my own ideas.
It took a lot of courage, but also passion, dedication, and determination. Today, that start-up is no longer a small company but a solid presence within the Cerved Group. Still, we proudly retain the “INNOVATION” spirit and the understanding that change can’t happen without continuous research and innovation.
Now, as a manager, eight years into this journey, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and optimistic about the success that lies ahead.
Has being a woman impacted my career?
Being a woman in a research and consulting environment, predominantly male-dominated, hasn’t always been easy, but it has never intimidated me. In fact, I’ve always focused on showcasing my skills and abilities to make a distinctive contribution to projects and relationship management.
We are on a long journey of cultural change, but within our team, we are definitely moving in the right direction. At MBS, unlike what happens in many other companies, issues like gender pay equality have never been questioned, and numerous initiatives to raise awareness about gender equality are regularly organized. Additionally, there are active Women Empowerment programs aimed at increasing awareness of the role women can play within the company, while highlighting and nurturing their talents.

How has becoming a mother changed things?
When I became a mother, one of my biggest concerns was finding a way to provide my son with the care and attention he needed, while also returning to work with the same energy and passion that had always defined me.
In this regard, the support and flexibility I found at Innovation Team have been truly exceptional. From the outset, we worked together to create a work setup that would allow me to balance both responsibilities. Even before remote work became mainstream, we pioneered the use of smart-working. I was grateful to be able to work from home a few days a week, maintaining high productivity while never compromising on my role as a mother. I truly believe that only in a company as innovative and people-focused as ours could this balance be achieved.
What suggestion would I give to young people who want to pursue this career path?
My advice to young people, especially young women, who want to pursue this career is to never give up in the face of challenges, stay curious and motivated, and always believe in the power of teamwork. In companies like ours, the success of any project depends not just on the skills and motivation of each individual, but also on the collaboration within the team, which enables us to achieve our goals more quickly and effectively.
