Michela Schizzi

Michela holds a Law degree from La Sapienza University of Rome and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from King's College London.

She worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and was Senior Vice President of Italian and International Regulated Assets Legal Affairs at Snam. Most recently, she handled Global Legal M&A activities at Allianz Group.

Throughout her career, she has served on various Boards of Directors and is currently an Independent Director on the Board of GVS S.P.A., where she also holds the positions of Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of the Risk Control and Sustainability Committee.

In November 2022, she joined Cerved as General Counsel.
