Luca Peyrano

Luca has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. since September 2021.

After graduating in Economics and Commerce from Bocconi University in Milan, he earned an Executive MBA by IMD Business School in Lausanne.

He began his career in 1997 as a Product Manager at Danone. From 1999 to 2009, he worked at Borsa Italiana, where he had been Head of SME Markets since 2005. In the period 2009/2020, he held position at London Stock Exchange Group, like Head of Supply Promotion and Development for Continental Europe, and later Founder and CEO of ELITE, the Group’s private capital platform.

Since 2020, he has been General Manager of ION Analytics, a leading platform that provides data and intelligence for the capital markets of ION Investment Group.

He is also a Board member of Cedacri Group and List S.p.A.
