Giulia Cavalli

Graduated at Bocconi University in 1997, international background, Giulia has strong expertise in Finance & Operations developed both in consulting and in large multinational organizations.

She started her professional career in 1997 at Accenture, gaining a decade-long consulting experience in Italy and in the USA, focusing on business transformation projects. In 2006 she joined AstraZeneca, a pharmaceutical multinational company, as Financial Controller to then move in 2010 in Microsoft Corporation as CFO for Italy. She continued her career in Microsoft as Regional Finance Director for the Central Eastern Europe region with the objective of consolidating the financial performance of 33 countries and later as Regional Senior Finance Director for the Western Europe region, second area of Microsoft Corporation.

In 2021 she joins Cerved as independent board member and in May 2024 she is selected as Chief Administrative Officer in the executive team.

In Cerved Giulia is leading the company transformation, coordinating Finance, Human Resourses, Transformation & Growth, Compliance&Audit, and Procurement functions.

Giulia is Board Member of Prelios SpA and Prelios Credit Servicing; Chair of MBS Board and Board member of Cerved Group companies
