Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

The DE&I Committee is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace and promoting the values outlined in the DE&I Policy. It is composed of employees who represent the company’s workforce and is supported by the DE&I Voices group, a volunteer team that contributes to designing and implementing DE&I initiatives.

Inclusive Language Manifesto

We believe that ideas have no hierarchy, but words carry weight. At Cerved, we leverage the power of language to create a respectful and welcoming workplace. This commitment is reflected in our daily behaviors defined in our Inclusive Language Manifesto—a guiding light for how we act and engage within Cerved.
