Since 2020, our DE&I Policy has valued diversity and promoted inclusion through four key principles:
The DE&I Committee is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace and promoting the values outlined in the DE&I Policy. It is composed of employees who represent the company’s workforce and is supported by the DE&I Voices group, a volunteer team that contributes to designing and implementing DE&I initiatives.
