Our commitment to transparent and responsible governance is reflected in our Whistleblowing system, adopted by all companies within the Group. Employees, collaborators, and stakeholders can safely and anonymously report unlawful behaviors or violations of the Code of Ethics. Warnings are handled with the utmost confidentiality, protecting those who contribute to maintaining high standards of integrity within the Group.

Ensuring compliance with the rules outlined in the Organizational Model 231

To prevent offenses and ensure legal compliance, Cerved's Supervisory Body constantly monitors business activities, verifying the effectiveness of internal controls and the proper functioning of the Organizational Model 231.

The current Supervisory Body will serve until the approval of the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.
