Why did I choose MBS?
When I started exploring my professional options several years ago, I knew I wanted to find a place that would offer not only intellectual challenges but also constant opportunities for growth. MBS turned out to be the perfect environment to fulfill this aspiration. Every day, the variety of projects and challenges allows me to learn continuously, expand my skills, and open my mind to new ideas. Working with clients from diverse industries, learning from experts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams makes each day at MBS unique and stimulating.
What skills have I developed throughout my journey at MBS?
From the very beginning of my journey, I had the chance to apply and strengthen the analytical and problem-solving skills I developed during my academic studies, transforming them into practical, real-world capabilities.
Moreover, I learned how to work collaboratively in a constructive and organized way, within a culture that values and encourages the ideas of every team member. This approach has not only enhanced the execution of individual tasks but has also fostered continuous technical and methodological growth for all involved, regardless of their role.
Finally, the opportunity to interact with a wide range of clients, companies, and projects has significantly contributed to my growth in both relational and leadership skills. The diverse, daily challenges have pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, allowing me to gain increasing confidence and a deeper sense of self-awareness.

What has motivated me to stay all these years?
The main reason I’ve chosen to stay with this company, beyond the numerous opportunities for professional growth it has offered me, lies in something deeper: the importance placed on human values. In an industry often seen as fast-paced and highly competitive, I’ve found an environment where genuine relationships, collaboration, and mutual respect are truly at the core. At MBS, people come first. The supportive atmosphere we foster not only drives the success of our projects but also creates a workplace where you feel part of a close-knit family. Is it possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance in a dynamic field like consulting?
Being a mother of three is both an incredible challenge and a rewarding experience. Striking a balance between work and family life is not always simple, but the flexibility offered by MBS has enabled me to successfully manage my professional ambitions alongside my responsibilities as a mother. This environment has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, without having to sacrifice precious moments with my children.
