Annalisa Sala

Graduated from the University of Milan with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Annalisa brings extensive international experience in HR and in leading cultural transformation in complex, multinational environments. Over the years, she has held senior roles in global market-leading companies.

She began her career in 2000 at AC Nielsen in the HR Development area, where she focused on designing people development and talent management processes. She later joined AstraZeneca—at the time a newly formed Anglo-Swedish multinational created through a merger—where she took on increasing responsibilities: first as Talent Acquisition Manager, then as HR Business Partner, and finally as HR Manager Talent & Culture, contributing to the development of the company’s culture and people processes post-merger.

In 2008, Annalisa joined Mattel, a U.S.-based multinational, where she spent 12 years advancing through a series of international leadership roles. After heading HR operations in Italy, she was assigned to Spain, Portugal, and later France, where she led the definition and implementation of the People Strategy. She was then promoted to HR Senior Manager for the Southern Europe cluster (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey), and later to HR Director Pan Europe. In this role, she led the cultural transformation throughout the region and introduced agile working models.

In 2020, she joined Arcese Group, a global logistics multinational with 3,000 employees and 70 offices worldwide, as Global Chief People Officer. Her mission was to implement a group-wide People Strategy and lead the cultural transformation toward a "one global company" mindset.

In March 2025, Annalisa joined the Cerved Group as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, with the responsibility of leading the Group’s People Strategy and Cultural Transformation. She is a member of the Group Executive Team.
