Anna Zanardi

Anna has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. since November 25, 2021.

Graduated in Economics, she earned PhD in both Psychology and Theology. She is an international affiliate of APA and an EAP psychotherapist, with an Insead IDP-C International Directors' Certificate.

She is member of the Board of Directors of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A., Wateralia S.p.A., Trevi S.p.A., Consel Elis, and Cedacri S.p.A. She is also a Professor of Practice in Leadership, Corporate Values, and Director of the HR Master's program at Luiss Business School in Rome.

Anna is a consultant in various company boards and family businesses, focusing on governance and people strategy. She is an executive coach for Presidents, CEOs, and executive committees, facilitating decision-making processes through the alignment needed for implementing strategic and industrial plans.

She writes for newspapers and magazines on cultural change and authored clinical publications and books on leadership and organization. She can currently speak six modern languages and is ancient languages and applied ethics enthusiast.
